Emma is the granddaughter of Bill Wyndham and the third generation of her family involved in Bill Wyndham & Co. After two years on the Board, she has stepped into a full-time role guiding the business across real estate and livestock.

Originally from Bairnsdale, Emma moved to Melbourne to build a career in finance and advisory, working with businesses across agriculture, consumer, and industrial sectors. These roles gave her valuable experience in negotiation, market analysis, and client communication — skills she has now brought back home to support local families and farmers.

Emma makes sure the details are right, the process runs smoothly, and that buyers and sellers feel supported from start to finish. Emma is proud to be continuing the legacy of the region’s only independent livestock agency and bringing fresh ideas to the business her grandfather built. Her background in investments means she understands the importance of not just finding you a family home to love, but securing a long-term investment or renting out a your property ensuring it is well looked after to protect its value.
