Kim Martin provides specialist agricultural insight across rural, lifestyle and broadacre property sales at Bill Wyndham & Company He combines his knowledge of land use, farming systems and productive capacity to help ensure farms are accurately assessed and positioned effectively in the market.

Kim grew up on a mixed dairy, beef and cropping farm in Bairnsdale. After graduating from Glenormiston Agricultural College with a qualification in Farm Management, he commenced his career playing a key role in establishing Gardenland Frozen Foods in Bairnsdale, working with farmers to program, grow and harvest crops.

He later became Australian Head of Procurement for Soleco, partnering with Vegco (now OneHarvest) to help establish the ready-to-eat salad category in Australia. In this role, he built a year-round national supply network and introduced new technologies and plant genetics. During this period, he also graduated from the Australian Rural Leadership Program.

In 2009, Kim founded Frais Farms, further strengthening his experience in commercial agriculture.

He has developed a strong passion for rural property, combining his knowledge of land use, farming systems and regional dynamics to assist clients in buying and selling rural real estate.
